"I came here specifically for a family-friendly hotel and accommodation within the scenic area, but the experience was extremely poor, completely not worth the price. Coming during the Chinese New Year period was even worse; it was a total disappointment. The hotel management was terrible, with virtually no service awareness and no solutions to problems. As a hotel within the scenic area, there was no shuttle bus to the park at night, forcing families with children to walk the entire way, which was tiring and unsafe, completely disregarding the needs of families with children. The most outrageous issue was parking: hotel guests were not allowed to drive into the hotel area, forcing them to park in a muddy, treacherous parking lot with other guests, getting covered in mud and dust; while there were plenty of empty parking spaces in front of the hotel, they refused to let guests park there, which was extremely unreasonable. The only advantage: the rooms were relatively large, but that was it. Besides avoiding queues for ticket checks at the scenic area entrance, this hotel had no other advantages. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel for families with children. You'll pay money to suffer. The management and service do not deserve the title of "family-friendly hotel." Avoid it! However, the fireworks and sky lanterns at night were still very beautiful. There's absolutely no need to stay here; it's not even a hotel within the scenic area. The rooms are above the visitor center—I've never seen a hotel like this in a scenic area before."

Before leaving, I chatted with the owner about local history, and they gave me some essential travel information. Finally, the family's dog even saw me off – truly a loving and compassionate family. I highly recommend staying here."
