Everything about the hotel was great. When I checked in, the Front Office Manager, Ellen, upgraded me to a higher floor room and even gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful gesture! However, there was a construction site next door, and an excavator was demolishing a building late into the night, creating a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep (I have trouble sleeping and specifically requested a quiet room). I was quite upset at the time! Ellen, upon learning of the situation, went above and beyond to sort things out for me, and I'm truly grateful! With such a dedicated and responsible Front Office Manager, I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Qidong.

Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel environment was comfortable, and the hygiene was exceptionally good. I'd like to specifically commend Jason and Fugui for their excellent and attentive service throughout. The location is quite good, convenient for daily shopping and dining. The only minor inconvenience is that currently, the only option for traveling to Shanghai is by bus, as there's no high-speed rail directly available.

Overall, it was quite good. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main attractions, but everything else in terms of amenities is very convenient. It's easy to buy things and order takeout. Jason and Sunny were very welcoming; when they found out it was our first time here, they recommended a lot of great food, which was indeed delicious.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hot water supply was plentiful and the water pressure was consistent, making for a super comfortable shower. Jayson and Sylvia at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room had great natural light and no strange odors, so we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Definitely worth another visit!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel service was very attentive. After checking in, Ellen proactively added me on WeChat and informed me about the check-in procedures. Breakfast was abundant. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

The room layout is nice and spacious. Breakfast is abundant with a good variety. Hotel parking is convenient and free, and the gym and pool are great.
