老闆娘説網上定的房價不包括空調費，要打空調需要另外加錢的，還説房間設施衹是提供齊全，也沒説不收費，要住就住，不住你可以退，幾十塊錢怎麼可能還給你打空調呢？你們不就是圖便宜才過來住的嘛？省錢有錯嘛？房間而且都是改裝的，幾乎都是隔板隔的那種，一個大門改兩個房間，音都不隔，枕頭有照片大家可以看看想象一下如何！大老遠的幾十公里跑過去了，竟然聽到老闆娘這樣説話，有欺騙消費者行為，房價貴*不説，明碼標價的，到店後再加錢，不加錢可以不住，無理的要求還理直氣壯！最後打旅程網客服電話，平台承諾提供的空調費，對店主不合理的要求會進行處罰的，不知後果如何？
