Atour Hotels in Qingdao

My friend recommended it to me and said it was a brand under Atour. I trusted Atour so I booked it right away. The price was affordable, the transportation was convenient, and it was very convenient to go to various scenic spots on the seaside. The sound insulation was very good and the hygiene was also good. It was just getting cold when I came, and I could iron the coats I brought in the laundry room, and dry the clothes I wanted to wash. If you can't find a suitable homestay, or you are worried about the unstable quality and service of the homestay, it is safer to choose one under Atour.

The location is close to the group company. I booked Atour on a business trip. The service is particularly thoughtful. The front desk will call the pre-care in advance and ask us about the time of arrival. I really feel at home. It is very intimate. The pre-care service is very good. Call or send a message to ask about the arrival time, parking is particularly convenient ～ Breakfast is really delicious, there are too many varieties 🥰

I chose Jinshatan Atour because of its unique duplex room type. Even family members can have their own relatively independent space, especially the double bathroom, which is really convenient and definitely improves the quality of rest. The space is large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower water pressure is also sufficient. Although the breakfast variety is average, it is quite complete. The service staff is warm, polite and thoughtful. Overall, I am satisfied.

We booked the family suite which has a little door to separate the space - which is great for privacy or extra sound proofing. The staff service is great. The location is a little out of the way from main attractions but the area has plenty of amenities such as convenience stores and even a massage place next door. There’s free tea and coffee at the lobby. The free porridge runs out pretty quickly so go early. Will book here again if I’m in the area.

A comfortable, clean and nice hotel for accommodation, reception helps us to check in early as there’s room available, our room same as pictures shown. Very good service, provides laundry services, has a robot to deliver food to your room. For public transport, it’s also convenient, there’s a bus stop nearby ＜150m, about 600m to metro station - 高雄路站.

Very good! Although there is no breakfast provided. But there are a lot of goods at the front desk every day, very family-friendly! Laoshan Coke, bubble sticks, sand buckets, lollipops! There is enough water, and you have to give it when you leave the store. There is milk delivered at night! And the location is excellent! It is right outside the subway. The check-in experience is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room is centrally operated, the temperature is adjusted accurately, and there is almost no noise during operation, so you can enjoy the coolness quietly. The details are thoughtful, the service is thoughtful, and it is very convenient to go out to see the sea. The location is great!

Atour Hotel at Zhenhua deserves the constant positive rating they get from their volume of customers. The hotel is quite accessible from Qingdao North Railway Station, which is about 2 kilometers away. They also have sufficient space at the back of their building for parking. The lobby is bright, and the personnel were warm with their welcome. Upon arrival, I was immediately offered tea and was assisted with my check-in. Despite some challenges with communication, I can attest to their efforts in providing services to the best of their abilities (I can speak some Mandarin so I was able to engage with them for a bit). My room in the 5th floor was spacious, and the essentials were readily available, from hair dryers, clothes hangers, mini-fridge, et cetera. I did enjoy their mix of Chinese and Western breakfast, especially with the variety of simple choices that cater to my palate. The second floor also holds their small gym for those who needed to train and exercise, as well as their laundry area with plenty of washing machines. Because I just came from a trip to Beijing and Universal Studios, my luggage was quite full with items I bought for my family. One of their personnel, Miss Hong (虹朵/Hong Duo), took the effort to assist me in booking a Kuaidi (delivery service) to send my items to my home city, Kunming. For those who plan to travel around, the subway (Line 3 - Yongping Road) is about a hundred meters away only, allowing you access to many tourist spots in the city like the May 4th Square. Overall, it was a very positive experience to stay in this hotel that has satisfactorily met all my needs in my brief stay in Qingdao. 😊

I think this hotel is very good. The whole hotel smells good. The breakfast is rich and fresh. I have stayed here for two or three consecutive days. All the staff I met greeted me when they met me. There is also a gym on the second floor. When I am free, I can go down to exercise. The weather suddenly cooled down in the past two days. The staff at the front desk also gently reminded us to add clothes. The water we were given when we went out was warm. It was warm at home.
