Qingdao Yihai Garden Hotel (May Fourth Square)

The room was tidy, and the bedding was clean. The staff were enthusiastic and responsible, offering proactive service. The housekeeping team communicated actively and helped us resolve issues. We were generally satisfied with their service. However, the only discomfort was that the hotel, perhaps to save electricity, frequently turned off the air conditioning. The weather was very hot, and returning to the room felt like entering a steam oven – hot and stuffy. It took a long time for the temperature to drop, which was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can make improvements.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is great. They even have robots deliver food to your room, and they provide sand play tools for kids. It's super convenient to get around everywhere.

The front desk staff were lovely and very efficient! My two-night stay was excellent. The hotel has a great atmosphere overall and is definitely worth staying at. The rooms are spacious, and the minibar is stocked with Qingdao specialties, including unique calcium milk biscuits. Highly recommended!

The location is good, and the rooms are new and very modern, perfect for young people. It might not be the best choice if you're traveling with kids, as there's almost nothing for them to do. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The city view room with its floor-to-ceiling windows offers fantastic views. The king-size bed is spacious and comfortable, and the room itself is clean with complete facilities. The staff provides attentive service, making our family trip very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and proactive in helping with luggage. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and requests were handled quickly. Overall, it was a stress-free and comfortable stay with good value for money.

The room decor is average, not up to five-star standards. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear even quiet conversations from next door. The small table under the bathroom sink has sharp corners that are easy to bump into, which I suggest they adjust. The staff, however, are very friendly and approachable.
