Child's Sea Family Seaview Homestay (Qingdao Eight Great Passes No.1 Bathing Beach)

The room was clean, spacious, and the kids loved the slide. The owner was welcoming and provided excellent service; they even helped us carry our luggage downstairs before we left, preventing taxis from causing traffic congestion on the sidewalk – a very thoughtful touch. The room was well-equipped with items suitable for toddlers, and there were snacks and drinks available for purchase near the door – very convenient. There was a kitchenette with a kettle, a small steamer, a mini-fridge, and plenty of bottled water. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the sea view was stunning. At night, you could see a magical and colorful light show, and during the day, you could see the waves, small boats, and rows of red-tiled roofs and green trees – breathtakingly beautiful. We went at the end of October, and the environment was very quiet, allowing us to sleep soundly. The location was excellent; it was a 10-minute taxi ride to the Naval Museum, and the beach and the Second Bathing Beach were just downstairs. The guesthouse was located within the Badaguan Scenic Area, offering beautiful views of the distinctive architecture along the way. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it for families with children. Some rooms are very large with many beds, making it especially cost-effective for larger groups.

The room was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially with children. The Tsingtao beer downstairs was amazing, much better than what you get on the street; they say it's from the original brewery, so you can just buy plenty and head upstairs. The only downside was the slightly unpleasant smell from the drain. There are sailing and other recreational activities downstairs, and a beach nearby for beachcombing. It's also very close to the First Bathing Beach. There were always taxi drivers waiting downstairs. One driver recommended some restaurants to me, but when I said I didn't want them and wanted to go to the waterfront, he refused to take me. I wonder if he was some kind of shill.

🏡Environment: The location is absolutely fantastic! 👍👍 It's situated right between the first and second bathing beaches, making it incredibly convenient to get around! All the attractions are very close! 🛋Room Type: The sea view room had a superb view – the weather was perfect those days, the sky was breathtakingly beautiful. The room had two large beds pushed together, perfect for families with kids! There was even a slide in the living room! The living room was spacious, with a large dining table and worktop, very comfortable! Most importantly, the room was incredibly clean and bright! Truly exceptionally comfortable! 🧡Service: I must say, the owner of this guesthouse is an incredibly warm and welcoming person. Always smiling and responsive, sitting at the front desk near the elevator, you feel very safe and secure. Everyone who comes in and out greets you warmly – truly wonderful! This is truly a hidden gem of a guesthouse, perfect for families with children. Qingdao is also a very beautiful city, and everyone we met was incredibly warm and polite. Thumbs up for this city! 👍

The location is excellent, with Badaguan Scenic Area downstairs and the First and Second Bathing Beaches to the left and right. The room has a sea view and a slide. However, the surrounding building environment is not ideal; people are running around upstairs late at night, there are no service staff after 10 pm, and no breakfast is served. It has its pros and cons.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this is the pinnacle of family-friendly B&Bs; highly recommended, you absolutely must experience it. The rooms are spacious, yet incredibly clean, and the kids didn't want to leave.

The three-day fee was 7000 yuan, and all it included was a slide. Other hotels in the same building with similar views cost around 1000 yuan. I honestly don't recommend it. Firstly, the hotel location is indeed excellent, the staff service is superb, and the rooms have sea views. However, the building itself is truly awful. It's in a very, very old building, the elevators only run once every 20 minutes, and the building is full of guesthouses. The hotel facilities are outdated. Finally, I have to complain about parking. There are absolutely no parking spaces. As soon as you leave and come back, there are no spaces available. The nearest parking lot is at least 3 kilometers away.
