This is a very cost-effective and exquisite hotel, suitable for one person or for occasional overnight stopover in Qingdao. Although it is small, it has everything. The only downside is that the toilet has a slight odor, you can consider putting some aromatherapy or something

The hygiene is very poor, there are thorny insects and mutated large mosquitoes. The room cleaning is very unprofessional. The cleaning lady changed the beddings uniformly, and the front desk replaced the beddings. It is not the same level as the chain hotels (normally, the beddings are changed, the house is cleaned, the floor is mopped, and the bathroom is disinfected). There is no disinfection here, and the washing company is not formal. The dirt of a guest is still on the linen (the dirt is still there, which means that the disinfection is definitely very poor, giving people the impression that it has been washed). The service is also very poor. The front desk kept arguing with me. I just needed to change the room, but it didn't change it for half an hour. She also said that I yelled at her. In general, it is an ordinary family hotel without the management of a normal hotel.

The location is relatively remote. We entered from the road behind and there were no street signs. After passing by, we turned around and looked to see the sign. It is a newly opened hotel but the bedding is not clean and there is untreated hair on the bathroom floor drain. It needs to be improved.

The room is not big, and the bathroom does not even have a towel rack. It is not very convenient, and the price is not cheap. The B&B I booked before was much cheaper. The location is also good. Mainly, this hotel is not close to the subway and bus, and it is not close to the scenic spots. Convenient, not too close to the attractions. It's a long walk to take more than a dozen buses, and it's not easy to pick up a taxi. The sound insulation is not very good. You can hear it very clearly when opening and closing the doors of rooms on the same floor. The windows are next to the road downstairs and the overall sound insulation is not very good.

Disadvantages: 1. Hygiene issues. There were urine stains on the toilet in the room I stayed in, and there was a urine smell. I wonder if the cleaning staff didn't check it at all;
2. The sound insulation is too poor. I have a deep sleep, but I can hear the door opening on the first floor even though I live on the third floor. I don't get a good rest.
3. Internet problem. I was assigned a room next to the window (next to the elevator). I couldn't find the Internet at all and the TV was useless.
ps: I am a person who does not have very high requirements for hotels. The above comments are just the objective facts of my stay experience. I booked the cheapest single room and knew that the room would be very small. Maybe other room types would be better. After all, the price is here. Maybe it's because it's relatively new, and there's almost no decoration smell. The lobby on the first floor is indeed quite presentable.
