The hotel is newly opened, but there's a slight odor when you enter, probably due to its recent opening. The rooms also have a smell!
The breakfast selection is mediocre. I've stayed twice, and it's always the same two dishes: shrimp and fried pork. If you like that, great, but could you please change the menu? Secondly, the kitchen staff don't even wear hats or masks, just walking around in front of guests – very inconsiderate!
Regarding service, the front desk staff, including the manager, seem very unfamiliar with their own hotel. When I checked in, I knew there were more than one deluxe room on the fourth floor, but the manager confidently said there was only one. I told them not to give me a room on the seventh floor, showing a complete lack of familiarity with their own brand. They didn't even know the star sign outside that lights up when you insert a card, indicating someone is inside. They told me they couldn't tell if someone was inside just by looking at the star! The manager called me and said, "You're making things difficult for us," and then offered to give me a complimentary breakfast because I had requested this cleaning service, but I didn't want it.
