Moments Qingdao (May Fourth Square )

The room facilities are complete and modern, the breakfast is very rich, and the hotel's location is excellent. In particular, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and polite. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was great, the service was excellent, and the location was good too – not far from the subway station.

The room was great, clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water. It was also very quiet at night, which made for a good rest. Getting a taxi to tourist attractions was very convenient.

The staff were friendly and responsive, the room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was fresh. It was a comfortable and worry-free stay [amused_emoji].

Before checking in, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time and any special requests, which was a great start to their service. The first room assigned was based on our notes, but it had a strange odor, possibly because it had just been cleaned. We informed the front desk, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. However, there was a minor issue late at night: the soundproofing wasn't great, which slightly disturbed our sleep. We had to contact both Trip.com customer service and the hotel front desk in the middle of the night to resolve it. The next morning, the manager promptly handled everything. Despite the small hiccup, the hotel's follow-up communication and resolution were excellent. The price was also reasonable, and it's conveniently located, about 3-4 kilometers' walk from the Olympic Sailing Center, making it easy to get around. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Qingdao.
