I ordered a burger, which was large, delicious, and very well priced—only 68 RMB for such a generous portion. The food was delivered within 20 minutes. No laundry facilities, and you have to pay for it. It was so hot at night I couldn't sleep. I called the front desk in the middle of the night and was told there was no AC, only heating. I couldn't open the window, so I had to leave the room door ajar for ventilation. There was no conditioner, and for a two-night stay, it wasn't replaced or refilled—just an empty bottle. No delivery robots; a staff member brought items up personally, explaining there were too many rooms for the robots to handle. I was told at check-in that they'd send traffic control guidance pictures via WeChat, but I still haven't received them even after checking out. On the plus side, the scenery is nice, it's close to the subway, and parking is free.
