The room is clean and smell-free, and the front desk service is excellent. Water will be provided when you check in. Even Shum Yip is on duty. 本想看球方便選擇貴酒店入住，沒想到設備設施竟然那麼差勁：房間裏Wi-Fi不穩定且連不上，電話無法打通至前台，最離譜的是連最起碼的有線電視頻道都看不了，試問現在還有哪家酒店是看不了電視的？和前台反映問題讓店長來解決，要麼不在店要麼根本解決不了，並能明顯感覺到前台工作人員到最後也是不耐煩了，這樣的酒店真的一言難盡！
