給你條差評，實至名歸。我畏寒，本來以為有地暖，高樓層，温度不會太低，來了之後發現大約16度左右，想讓前台幫忙開一下空調，前台表示遙控器都鎖在庫房，經理管鑰匙;溝通到最後，就是有地暖不能開空調，不管你説什麼。到了半夜温度更低，第二天果然感冒了。酒店跟茂德是一家子。懷疑給好評的都是夏天來的吧。最後的最後:冷還不讓開空調，你開什麼酒店，回家種地吧！

一開始沒找到前台在哪，打電話問竟然是茂德的前台，不過服務態度不錯。給我安排的房間隔壁是另一個公寓的前台，半夜三點多有人瘋狂敲門…地上有瓜子皮，廁所的捲紙竟然不是新開的，已經被用過很多了。裝修比較簡陋。emmm不值這個價。

設施挺新的 衞生一般但是比那些很臟的旅館好很多 靠近馬路有一點點吵 但是我睡覺比較快所以不在意 關鍵是旅館外面的牌子也不叫這個名字啊 找了半天才找到有點浪費時間 建議你們寫清楚旅館名字

出差找了個離目的地近的地方，房間寬敞舒適，性價比高，還做了個免費升級房型。就是開了地暖感覺效果不太好，但又沒空調搖控，還是有點冷。
