The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and within walking distance of the beach. There's also a shopping mall nearby, with KFC and McDonald's, making dining very convenient. A big thank you to Daniel at the front desk, who gave us complimentary drinks and a hotel teddy bear when we checked out. Overall, a great experience at the hotel 😊

Facilities: Pretty good, the plumbing works well. It's not super new, but perfectly acceptable. Hygiene: The cleaning was very thorough and quick. The cleaning staff proactively communicated with us about our needs. Environment: The room location was excellent, with plenty of sunlight and great natural light. Service: All the service staff were very polite. When we mentioned it was a bit warm, they responded quickly and kept following up on the issue, which we really appreciated! We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

The front desk staff were all very polite, and the cleaning ladies were lovely; the service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. Overall, I was quite satisfied. I ordered a beef brisket noodle soup in the room, and it was tasty – it would have been even better with some chili oil!

I specifically chose this location for its proximity to the scenic area, and this Holiday Inn's location is truly unbeatable. During check-in, Peter upgraded our room since we had a baby, giving us a more spacious option, which was very convenient. We stayed in winter, and the hotel's air conditioning was super strong – it was incredibly warm. So warm, in fact, that I felt quite dry and drank many bottles of water. The hotel facilities showed great attention to detail, even providing chargers. Breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety of local specialties, and it was clean and hygienic; my whole family enjoyed it thoroughly. We could also get leftover bread from the front desk to feed the seagulls, which is a truly perfect touch – definitely lives up to its high-end chain reputation. Next time I travel to a different city, Holiday Inn will still be my top choice.

Big thanks to Erin at the front desk for her warm and enthusiastic service! The hotel amenities are very comprehensive, and the location is superb – very convenient for transportation with a metro station nearby. The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is beautiful. The breakfast spread is also very rich. Ginza Mall is right next door, and it's super easy to get to MixC and May Fourth Square. There are a lot of international guests, but I noticed the staff communicate with them very easily, and their English is excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again, Erin!
