The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the AC in the room was hot and dirty; we both woke up with bad sored throat, and rashes were all over my face. As I am sensitive to bad weather, I am sure it’s from the AC.
However, the second night the staff brought us a mini mobile AC, so it was a lot better in the second night.

Very friendly front desk. The location is right on the Olympic Sailing Center Square, beautiful light show in the evening, yet close to the city center. Amenities is a bit old but room is clean. Recommend for a family trip.

Hans was very helpful to us during check in when we asked for a room with better view. Give this guy a credit for his hard work. It made us feel welcomed and gave us good mood the whole time we spend in the hotel. The room is great. Right next to olympic sailing center. The breakfast was satisfactory. The housekeeper on 4th floor was very kind during our stay. Room 418 has great view. They have iron in the room. Awesome! Overall experience is excellent! Will come again next time!

Quite Chinese hotel. First room smelled like cigarettes. Got a free upgrade which paid back the inconvenience we had. Breakfast could have better choices, also for a Chinese breakfast.

We get free upgraded to Premium Suite which the room is spacious enough for 2 of us. The view is great, service is excellent, and also surprise with the little warm note they left in our rooms. There would be perfect if the bathroom ventilation system can be better. Overall we had a memorable 3 days stay at here.

I can not imagine How the room is big and beautiful, And had a Great View from my room . The hotel wasn’t that clean enough, but it is okay , the bedding was clean . The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the sea walk , The front desk employees need to be educated well , they can not speak english, they can not smile at all , the can not say you welcome.
the rating is 4 the all four points is for the view and for the room .
