Regarding the pest issue you mentioned, we have always attached great importance to hygiene and pest control, and have long employed a professional pest control company for routine treatments. Recently, due to the seasonal change and the high volume of occupancy, it is possible that some rooms were not adequately treated. To address this issue, we have instructed the pest control company to conduct a systematic inspection and scientifically enhanced treatment to resolutely eliminate such occurrences and strive to create a safe and hygienic living environment for every guest. Regarding the aging facilities, the hotel has been operating for 8 years, and some equipment is showing signs of wear and tear (such as waiting for hot water, low water pressure, etc.). While this is common in similar hotels, we do not overlook it. These facilities have been included in the maintenance and upgrade plan and will be gradually improved. The bathroom side window was originally designed to enhance the sea view and the sense of spaciousness, but it does require optimization in details. We have arranged for the installation of privacy protection measures to improve your sense of security and comfort.
