The hotel's location is great, and since I booked a room with a view, the scenery was fantastic with some picturesque spots perfect for photos. However, the breakfast selection wasn't up to par for a five-star hotel; it wasn't varied enough. Plus, there was no doorman service at the hotel lobby entrance. Shockingly, the bathroom windowsill had a crack, which wasn't mentioned during check-in. After I switched rooms, I found the new room's fridge was broken and had a strange smell. I really hope the hotel can make some improvements. On the positive side, the front desk and other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Wow 🤩 what a fantastic hotel and the perfect location when staying in Qingdao. First of course breakfast as that is the most important (at least for me 😉) and this hotel knows how to make it special. Besides the great food, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and if you don’t want to go out, moon cafe has a drink for everyone’s taste. Everything is clean and just cross the street and there is the sea 🌊 and with a view like that (see the photos) you never want to leave. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Amenities were top notch. Full gym with all the equipment you need. Pool, sauna, steam, and salt room all included. Breakfast was good (Chinese style). Location was great. Beach is across the street and not too far from the metro if you want to go somewhere else.

Cleanliness: Really dirty. There was dust constantly flying around, and the mattress was also stained. The view wasn't great either. The first room I was given reeked of smoke, making me dizzy and nauseous. They moved me to a slightly better room, but the cleanliness was still very mediocre. Double sea salt hot spring experience and salt room: This was a complete rip-off. They said it was separate for men and women, but I didn't even go in. It was just a gym, not worth the price. Environment: It shares a floor with several shops, so it's quite small. The view definitely isn't worth 900 a night. Choose with caution.
