Tinglan Apartment Hotel (Qingdao May Fourth Square MIXC)

The staff upgraded us for free to a much bigger room with 2 queen beds (SGD 100 per room per night) while we were transiting Hong Kong International airport because he said we are 2 adults and 1 child and we booked 1 queen bed (SGD 72 per room per night). The apartment was modern, new, and clean. Comes with a kitchenette and washing machine The apartment has 2 rooms with a queen bed in each room. We could see a bit of the sea from our windows. The apartment is located just next to the huge MixC mall which we visited every day, behind Shangri-La Qingdao, and near to May Fourth Metro Station Exit A2. Very convenient location to travel everywhere! The staff is very friendly and polite. He smiles whenever he sees me. He also tried his best to meet my requirements, I can see that he did! Well done, Guo Jiangjun!

Overall I’m happy with the booking. It’s just a few minutes walk from the rail station. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The basic amenities are available and functioning well. One minor issue is the daily room housekeeping did not wash the used mugs which I believe is normally part of any hotel’s housekeeping routine.

I stayed at Tinglan Apartment Hotel for four weeks, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel made me feel completely at home. My room was clean, bright, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Another major advantage is the direct elevator access to the MixC shopping mall, which features an excellent food court and a wide variety of shops. The location is outstanding, situated in the heart of the Shinan District, with a metro station just a two-minute walk away, providing easy access to the rest of the city. May Fourth Square and the beautiful waterfront promenade are also nearby and can easily be reached on foot. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Guo 郭江军 for his kindness and professionalism. He was always available to assist and contributed greatly to making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The receptionist is very friendly, upgraded my room and help me to contact Taobao courier service because I don’t have China phone number. Request two water bottles and the receptionist gave me three bottles. Location is very strategic, near to all the attractions. Can access to MixC mall at Level 6. There’s washing machine together with dryer inside the room, very convenient.

Very good location and access to mall and train station are nearby. Mr Guo has been very helpful and very promoted in providing assistance. Thank you very much. Will stay here again if I come back again.

The Location of this hotel is excellent, nearby shopping centre and May fourth Square. Service was excellent. Good value.

The hotel is very clean, with new and well-maintained rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is მშვიდ, quiet, and perfect for relaxation.
