The location is super convenient, just one subway stop from May Fourth Square, or about a fifteen-minute walk. The hygiene is good, and there's a Ginza shopping mall right next door, making shopping and dining very easy. 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station just a few hundred meters away. The rooms are clean and tidy, and I recommend the Executive King Room.

The staff were very warm and friendly, the room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. All the facilities worked perfectly. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This place is great! The staff are all very responsive and have excellent attitudes, always ready to help solve any issues. Their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and overall demeanor are flawless. What stood out the most was their genuine enthusiasm! Especially the guy at the front desk with glasses and the girl in the blue top with her hair up – they were fantastic! The other young women in black dresses were also super awesome! The location is #1. There’s a whole street of seafood restaurants right downstairs. The Qingdao Yard Seafood downstairs is definitely worth trying; it’s not expensive, has a great atmosphere, and the draft beer is delicious! Dining and relaxation: #1. Transportation: #1, truly well-connected and so convenient! This is definitely a place you won't regret staying at!!! It truly lives up to its top ranking. I'm running out of words to describe it, I need to go look up more compliments! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🌸🌸🌸 Speechless~

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is excellent, with a subway station not far away, and taxis are convenient and affordable to get anywhere. There's also a large supermarket nearby with very reasonable prices. What I was most satisfied with this time was the service from the ladies at the front desk; they were all very enthusiastic and proactively helped solve problems 🥺. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay in Qingdao!

Regarding this so-called hotel booking, I have a few complaints: First, the hygiene condition of this hotel is worrying! When our group of four first entered our room, there was a moldy smell! We then reported it to the front desk, and they moved us to another room, which was even worse: because we returned late, we discovered bloodstains on the bedsheets and pillows before going to sleep (I have photos and videos as proof)! The front desk completely ignored our complaint. Second, the soundproofing in this hotel is terrible! Around 11:30 PM, the restaurant downstairs was singing karaoke loudly, disturbing us until about 1:30 AM the next day! I didn't get any good sleep. Third, the service attitude is very poor! When we reported issues to customer service, they completely ignored us, acting as if we, the customers, were making a fuss over nothing! I paid 600 for a room, and the service I received was so awful that I truly wanted to get into a fight! I hope other consumers can see this objective and truthful review and be careful to avoid this trap!

The room was clean and bright, very quiet, and the location was excellent. The front desk staff was very patient, and I had a very comfortable stay. Room service was also very prompt, and the little robot that delivered takeout to the door was a fun touch!

I chose this hotel for my short trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the cleanliness and the attentive service. The lobby was sparkling clean the moment I walked in; the seating area was neatly arranged, there was no dust in the corners, and the greenery was lush and well-maintained. The whole environment felt fresh and elegant, with no stuffy odors. The guest room was even more of a pleasant surprise; the entire room was meticulously cleaned. The desk, nightstands, and TV stand were all wiped clean, with no dust in the crevices. The bedding was flat, fluffy, and spotless. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were completely dry with no standing water, the mirror was clean and free of watermarks, and the floor drain and toilet were thoroughly cleaned. Toiletries were neatly arranged, and the room was well-ventilated with fresh air.

The service was excellent, they answered all my questions, and the hotel location was great. Although the facilities were average, they were acceptable. The only downside was that there was only one elevator. Overall, 4.9 stars.

The hotel is located right on Yunxiao Road, a bustling street full of restaurants, so you'll never have to worry about finding food at night. It's also right in the city center on Hong Kong Middle Road, and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can even walk to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center to experience sailing. Getting to Taidong Pedestrian Street by subway is quick too. I stayed for two days, and the service in all aspects was excellent. The staff were all very enthusiastic and tried their best to accommodate any requests. The room facilities are relatively new, and the lobby even has a subway map, tourist attraction guides, and food recommendations, which is a really thoughtful touch. I happened to be there on a weekend when Nicholas Tse had a concert, so the place was packed and fully booked! 😁

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious and bright with all the amenities working perfectly – hot water and A/C were super responsive. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and attractions. It was also very quiet, allowing for a really good night's sleep. There are a lot of food near the hotel. A mall right across the road with supermarket, and a minimart downstairs. The hotel is also in a great location and close to most attractions. Love the interior design of the hotel and the plants in the lobby. Overall, had an awesome stay here!
