Qingdao Four Seasons Beautiful Scenery Hotel Reviews

Right from check-in, it was a frustrating experience. I booked a package with breakfast for two, but the front desk claimed I didn't have breakfast. I asked them to check the order again, and then they said, 'Oh, Ctrip included this breakfast for you; just go to the 5th-floor restaurant in the morning.' The room itself was inexplicably dirty, with floorboards warping. In the laundry room, three staff members were chatting. I asked if there was a dryer, but no one responded. Another guest who was washing clothes told me. Then I brought my clothes over and asked if the washing machine automatically dispensed detergent or if I needed to add it separately. A staff member glanced at me, turned their head away, and ignored me. Again, the other guest told me I had to go to the 1st-floor reception to get detergent, even though the laundry room was on the 5th floor.

Very average experience, photos are definitely photoshopped or something nothing interesting and the finishing was bad, if you care for details you will be disappointed, I was shocked to be honest even called to change my room realized that was the quality of this hotel, the elevators and hallways smell a bit weird. I hated this 24/7 sunset on the wall😅. I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏻♂️ although for the price you could find better hotels.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Scenic Hotel for a business trip, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well at night. The location is convenient for transportation, and the front desk service was warm and thoughtful. Both check-in and check-out were quick. It's a great choice for business travel.

The food options nearby are very convenient, the room was excellent, and the service was superb.

I booked three rooms in total; two for three nights each, and one for two nights. Overall, the hotel experience was just average. Room 602 had a foul smell coming from the bathroom – you really couldn't leave the bathroom door open. The front desk staff seriously needs more training. Is it normal for them to be put on duty without even basic hospitality etiquette training? When I asked for a few bottles of water, I was met with numerous questions and interrogation. When I challenged her, she became hostile and rude. Given Hongdao's remote location, there are only a few hotels to choose from when big conferences are held nearby. Are you really not worried about losing business?

Great location to Hongdao convention center. Thereasre good restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel.

The location is good with the shopping mall and stores just walk away and the cleaning service is not bad too.. Hotel personnel are very kind and helpful ❤️🙏❤️
