Hai Tian Expo Hotel

The hotel room was spacious with complete facilities, and the environment was excellent! The hotel's service system was comprehensive, and the staff were very enthusiastic. Parking at the hotel was convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was also delicious!

The front desk staff, Ryan, was super nice! 🥹 The scenery was also fantastic.

I had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The surroundings were lovely, and the air was very fresh.

You can stay here if you're hiking Mount Laoshan; it's quite peaceful and the breakfast is decent, with a good selection of sweets. However, there are often Korean tour groups, which can make it noisy. The breakfast noodles are quite good, with a strong Jiaodong flavor.

The room was great, with brand new facilities. The staff were very polite and checked me in quickly, which I really appreciated. I particularly loved the amazing air quality around the hotel, full of negative ions, and I could smell the fresh scent of trees. It truly felt like a retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Just over 100 meters to the east is Baiguoshan Forest Park, and about 80 meters away is Qingyayuan, a fantastic place for wood-fired chicken soup.

It's quite close to Laoshan Scenic Area, which isn't a problem. The service is good, but the bathroom facilities are poorly designed; the lack of a touchless faucet is a real drawback. If you're planning to visit Laoshan, this is a great place to stay—it offers good value for money overall. However, renting an electric scooter there is very expensive.

This is my third stay here, and it's always incredibly clean and tidy. Check-in was super fast, and Jessen at the front desk was very polite. The environment here is lovely, and the bed is so comfortable I didn't want to get up! The breakfast is also quite extensive, and I highly recommend the dishes at the Chinese restaurant!

This is the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel in Qingdao. I wasn't feeling well on the day I checked in, and after the front desk staff, Manager April Ma, found out, she provided incredibly thoughtful care and attention over the next three days. Being away from home, I truly felt the warmth of home. The hotel even sent a fruit basket as a gesture of care. I will definitely stay here again.
