The service was excellent; Kimi was very friendly, efficient, and attentive. The sanitation area was spacious, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Westin is typically more of a business-oriented hotel brand, but its prime location in Qingdao, right next to May Fourth Square and MixC Mall, makes it ideal for both business and leisure. The rooms, facilities, and dining are all on par with Qingdao's top-tier hotels. The executive lounge has an outstanding location with amazing views. The suites are spacious and comfortable. During my stay, there was a leak in the bathroom, but the front desk quickly coordinated with engineering to resolve the issue. Their proactive service and problem-solving skills were excellent.

I stayed at the Westin in Qingdao for a concert, and it's actually my second time here. The last time was for a business trip in 2022, so the experience this time felt completely different. My stay exceeded my expectations! I was a bit worried the hotel might be a bit old, but honestly, besides not having a smart toilet, all the other amenities were perfectly up-to-date. The location is also excellent, right outside the May Fourth Square Station on Metro Line 3. Ordering food delivery was super convenient too; by the time we arrived to check in, five delivery riders had already dropped off our milk tea and fried chicken at the delivery lockers downstairs! The front desk staff, Kimi, was also very nice.

Our overall stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was convenient for getting around. Everything basically met Westin's brand standards. The only minor drawback was the pool area. There were many non-hotel guests with children and external coaches giving swimming lessons. This occupied a lot of the pool space, making the lanes quite crowded and affecting the swimming experience for hotel guests. What was most unbearable was a coach using a DJI drone for underwater photography. I hope the hotel can strengthen management and designate separate lanes for coaches to ensure the rights of guests. Aside from this, it's generally a recommended stay.

Excellent location, within walking distance to May Fourth Square. There are many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast was plentiful. It's very convenient to get to all the attractions, and the subway station is right outside the door.

The location is excellent, with metro lines 2 and 3 right at the entrance, which also connects directly to MixC Mall across the street. It's not far from May Fourth Square either, and after dinner at the Olympic Sailing Center, a leisurely walk back is very pleasant. I stayed in a deluxe king room on the 12th floor, and it offered a great view of the sea directly opposite. The room was spacious too. The only minor inconvenience was having to call the concierge every time for a delivery so a robot could bring it up.
