打開窗就能看到火車站，青島站東廣場附近有好多吃飯的地方，走路七八分鐘就能到棧橋，乘坐公交地鐵特別方便，打掃衞生的阿姨特別親切，酒店裝修時間有點時間了，整體體驗很好。出門跟着導航走完全沒問題，青島道路都是上下坡和拐彎較多一定要注意交通安全，建議來旅遊的人穿舒適合腳的鞋子。

衞生：衞生真的很差，一開始房間浴室淋浴頭髮現有頭髮和前台反應，和我們説就衹有兩個房間了，換了個房間淋浴頭上還是有毛髮，真的很噁心，有聯繫前台給我們換到了最後一個房間208反鎖門鎖也是壞的，當時已經凌晨兩點了，也懶得説了，當時晚上前台説會把這件事反映給經理，經理來就給我們個答覆，等到我們退房，酒店對此什麼都沒説，然後繼續聯繫的訂房平台，他們和酒店聯繫一開始説的是協調失敗，酒店那邊説為什麼我們辦理退房寄存行李時不説，所以酒店是希望我當著那麼多人面前説，呀，你們酒店淋浴頭有頭髮嗎？我就想問了你們説經理會來聯繫我們給我們答覆，你的答覆呢？明知這件事放任不管，讓別人去你們店裡説？最後攜程那邊打電話説酒店這邊退了可笑的六十塊錢，咱就是説也不為難第三方平台了，大家住這家酒店的時候注意一下吧，兩個房間的淋浴頭都有毛髮，衞生問題太嚴重了！

房間特別的小，設施比較舊，衞生不是特別好，裝修的太簡單了，牆壁上也不是很乾凈，假期去的，房價太貴，但是位置不錯，周邊旅遊景點倒是多，其他的一點優點也沒有！對了，停車的院子，也不大，還好的就是停車不收費。
