HanTing Hotel (Qingdao North Railway Station Branch 2)

What the heck is this? The first room I was given after the upgrade looked like this, with the duvet all messed up. Who would dare to stay here? And for such a scary room, all they offered was a rotten fruit plate. What kind of attitude is that? The next day when checking out, they insisted we hadn't checked in. Don't you guys even communicate with each other? After moving to another room, it was full of dust and water stains. The hairdryer was full of accumulated dust. If housekeeping can't do their job, they shouldn't do it at all. It's not a high-end hotel to begin with, but Hanting usually gets by. This is honestly the worst stay I've ever had, no exaggeration.

The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were excellent. The delivery robot was very convenient.

As my friend was staying in Licang, I spent a good amount of time searching before booking this highly-rated Hanting hotel. However, it turned out to be quite underwhelming. Upon entering the room, I found hair on the bed. I immediately contacted housekeeping to have it changed. The staff member then spent a considerable amount of time explaining, insisting that the sheets are changed for every guest and that hair might fall on them when they make the bed, eventually offering to change the sheet. By this point, I had already decided to purchase disposable bedding myself, so I declined the offer. The next morning, a meeting started at 8 AM, with continuous talking. This might have been due to the room's location, but it felt like little consideration was given to guests' comfort.

It's a 5-minute walk from Yongnian Road subway station and just two subway stops from Qingdao North Railway Station. Getting to the airport is also very convenient by taking Line 1 and transferring to Line 8. The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable. Both the bed and duvet were quite comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied, featuring local specialties like mackerel dumplings, as well as wontons, noodles, and more. I'd especially like to commend the self-service laundry. Hanting's current self-service laundry facilities are incredibly convenient, with LG commercial machines that wash and dry quickly. This is a huge plus for guests on longer trips. The front desk staff were also very warm and accommodating, always happy to help with any request! Next time I'm in Qingdao, especially if traveling from Qingdao North Railway Station, this Hanting will definitely be my top choice.

The ambiance is superb, and the generous space is a definite highlight. Thumbs up!

The room was very clean, and the staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. The facilities were well-equipped. Its location near the subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, it was easy to order takeout with plenty of dining options nearby.
