這次日租房體驗真的非常滿意！房間位置絕佳，交通便利，離海邊步行幾分鐘就到，太方便了。走進房間第一感覺就是乾淨整潔，一塵不染，床品也很舒適，聞着有陽光的味道，讓人瞬間放鬆。房東人超級nice，溝通回覆及時，入住指引清晰，還給了很多周邊美食推薦。性價比真的很高！無論是出差短住還是朋友小聚都非常推薦。下次來這邊，肯定還會選擇這家！強烈推薦給需要的朋友！

入住的那一天零時要加價，説我是最低價住他們最好的房間，我就是那個價位買的，酒店臨時加價要顧客來承擔，還把房間換成最差的蝸居房，最後平台補了200才能入住我原本就訂好的房間#服務

這家酒店太驚喜了！位置絕佳，周邊商圈熱鬧又方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音做得很好，晚上特別安靜。前台小姐姐服務超貼心，辦理入住快還主動給了周邊攻略。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也不錯。性價比超高，下次來還住這！

怎麼説呢，這個不能叫酒店吧，衹能叫招待所小旅館！也就是幾十塊錢的房賣出了三四百的價！節假日這個價我也就忍了，但起碼設施要好吧！可惜第一晚的第一間房207洗手池的水管是露在外面的，上面洗手下面漏水，直接濺你一腳！可以看視頻！雖然後來叫人過來維修了，但還是有點漏！簡單的説就是個爛的吧！就這還沒完！洗手間的門是不密封的，洗手間一平方左右，洗個澡都轉不過身，結果就是洗個澡出來，水已經溢到房間，就算有地毯也吸不住，還形成了水窪！可以看圖！所幸床鋪還算乾淨，勉強住了一晚。第二天給我們換到隔壁206，地磚房好多了！就想就算水濺出來也好處理。這回洗手間的水管終於不漏水了！雖然床鋪是1.5m的，但整體房間感覺舒爽立整多了！唯一的優點就是位置不錯，公交站很近，地鐵站稍遠一點，上哪都比較方便，台東夜市一公里左右可以走路回。到棧橋、小魚山、魯迅公園、大學路基本公交可以直達。在一個創業園裡麪，這裏麪其實有很多公寓賓館，感覺旁邊的舍予賓館都比他強很多，價格還便宜一些，可惜搜尋的時候去哪兒沒推過來，所以沒看到。整體來講，這個賓館就是個小招待所，三四百的價，真的很坑爹！
