The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, and the robot delivery service was also very prompt. The location is convenient, with a farmers market right next door. However, my biggest complaint concerns the room's hygiene. The bathroom had a persistent, stubborn urine smell that wouldn't dissipate, even after I tried to clean it myself with a spray cleanser. It lingered throughout my entire three-day stay. The sofa reeked of feet, and the baseboards were visibly stained. Each day during my three-day stay, I was greeted by a different foul odor upon entering the room. This completely falls short of Huazhu Group's standards; I was truly baffled by the situation.

Attended the Phoenix Legend concert, and it was super convenient. The subway station is just 200 meters from the hotel entrance. For those with a lot of luggage, definitely use Exit C rather than following navigation to Exit D – there are way too many stairs and no elevator at D. Exit C is much more convenient, even if you have to cross a street. **Service:** Front desk staff member Wang Jianxin was excellent. He was very helpful with any questions, took his job seriously, and genuinely cared about our stay. I'd definitely look for him again next time. **Facilities:** The hotel even has robots that deliver takeout. **Environment:** The area downstairs is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and lots of local eateries. After the concert, you can grab some street food. Plus, the shuttle bus stops very close by at Lecheng Mall, so it's only about a 600-meter walk to the hotel.

Location: It's in an excellent spot, very close to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center, both within easy walking distance. This is a new Nihao Hotel, and I've consistently had good experiences with this brand. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Qingdao Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The service was outstanding – they even helped me dry my clothes! The room size is standard, but the bathroom has a well-designed wet/dry separation for the toilet and shower, which is a big plus.

Because I had to catch the early high-speed train, I stayed near Qingdao North. The hotel is at Yongping Station on Line 3, 1 subway station away from Qingdao North Station. The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from the subway entrance, making it convenient for travel. The hotel service is in place, the room is clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is rich. Because I had to catch the high-speed train, the uncle in the restaurant was very enthusiastic to remember to pack breakfast for me.

The hotel is awesome! The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, travel is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and new, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the quality of sleep was perfect. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and the response was timely. The price is super high, I will choose this one next time!
