這次入住真的非常滿意，完全超出了預期！首先環境真的絕了，房間非常大，工作人員服務非常熱情，性價比很高，地理位置非常不錯，下樓就有逛街的地方，住的都不想走了哈哈哈

房間很大，還挺乾淨的，衞生間有洗衣機，晚上9點前廣場在跳舞是真的吵，週日早上7點隔壁還是樓上就開始敲牆，敲啊敲的，隔音不好，隔壁説話聽的七八成。

酒店位置很不錯，吃吃喝喝都很方便！就是去的那兩天白天一直有裝卸的聲音，手錶都跳了噪音提醒……以及沒有前台服務，找不到人的哦。
但房間乾淨，設施很新，體驗感還可以吧。

位於湧金街劉基廣場附近 交通十分便利 附近吃食店鋪非常多 內部設施齊全 電磁爐洗衣機供暖設施甚至都沒撕膜 全新 房間內乾淨整潔供需品齊全 下午5-8點附近會有廣場舞的聲音 晚九點後非常安靜 十分適合出差入住 老闆人也很好有問必答 出差旅遊青田必選！

房間窗户壞了無法關緊，入住時沒及時告知，剛入住時因為房間有股味道，窗户開着就沒去管，晚上回來發現窗户無法關緊，聯繫老闆，最終也就來給窗户加了個橫槓，再沒其它補救
