Four Points by Sheraton Qingtian

Newly opened hotel and overall a pretty good stay. The public areas are brilliantly designed, and the front desk staff are efficient. They also offer luggage storage, which made it super convenient to go out for food and sightseeing after checking out. The elevator buttons feel a bit low—I didn't notice the keycard reader at first glance. Also, there was a slight odor in the public areas. However, the room comes with an air purifier so there was virtually no smell inside, and it was quite clean. It has a bathtub, ample toiletries, and well-designed luggage and hanging areas. A big thumbs-up for the bedside Bluetooth speaker.

We were upgraded to a higher floor room with a mountain view when checking in. The mattress was very soft and comfortable.

The room still had a slight renovation smell, but thankfully it was clean and spacious enough, so it didn't affect our rest. The self-service laundry area was large and well-equipped. At the lobby bar, you could request your favorite English songs from the live singer. The surrounding commercial facilities were complete, making dining and transportation very convenient. It was about an 11-minute drive from the famous influencer bridge.

The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingtian. Qingtian is a small but lovely place, and walking along the Oujiang River gives a very European feel.

Traveling with family, we brought our elderly parents and children to Qingtian for a relaxing getaway. We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel on Trip.com. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the 'Heart of Qingtian' shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. It's only about 5-6 kilometers from the city center, so even without a car, taking a taxi is quick and easy. The hotel facilities are very new, the decor is luxurious, and the environment is clean and hygienic. The staff are very service-oriented and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I particularly want to mention the breakfast, which offers a wide variety of delicious options. We even had lunch at the hotel later. It was truly great value for money! Although it's a Four Points by Sheraton, I feel it's on par with, if not better than, some Sheraton or InterContinental hotels of the same caliber in other locations. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic experience! I really want to commend the hotel's service. Even before I walked in, staff members came to help with my luggage. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Five-star service, five-star amenities! I loved the scent and the overall decor. The facilities were stylishly decorated and well-equipped. The cleanliness was perfect, and the fragrance in every corner was lovely. The environment was beautiful, and the service deserves a five-star rating!

Great for business trips, and the room type was decent. However, there was a noticeable odor, which was a bit disappointing for my first time staying at a 5-star Sheraton. The TV casting feature was convenient. Being on a higher floor definitely made it quieter.
