Baofojiao Hostel (Jiuhua Mountain Tourist Service Center)

This place is suitable for solo backpackers. Don't expect too much from the environment. You'll be sleeping with others, but if you're peaceful and have a little tolerance, it's really not an issue.

Man, what can I say! The hostel is incredibly clean, and it's the only one in the Jiuhuashan scenic area. The owner is super nice, responds promptly, and provides excellent service. They even brew a Huangjing tea for everyone in the evenings, which helps you sleep really well; my deep sleep even hit 40%! Listen to me, everyone, you *have* to stay here!

Baofo Youth Hostel has a great environment. When I arrived, a young lady in the lobby said that even the toilets were smart, and it really was! The owner is very polite and helpful. He recommended good food and fun activities and could even help plan routes. The hostel is very close to the visitor center, Dayuan Cultural Park, and Laotian Village, all within a 10-minute walk. It's also very convenient for eating and shopping. It's the perfect place to stay for a solo trip to Jiuhua Mountain!

Very satisfied. The night I stayed was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the host specially prepared mooncakes for us, which was a heartwarming touch! The most helpful thing was the luggage storage. I spent the first night visiting the Dayuan Cultural Park and the night before, staying on the mountain at Jiuhua Street on the second day. On the third day, I stayed at the rooftop and below the flower terrace. If I had brought my luggage to the hotel on the mountain, I would have had to return to Jiuhua Street from the foot of the flower terrace to pick it up. Otherwise, I would have had to carry my luggage up the mountain. Since I was staying overnight on the mountain, many luggage storage places near the service center didn't offer overnight storage, which worried me for a long time. Fortunately, the hostel provided storage, which made my climb much easier! The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities are very new. The bathroom has a smart toilet and a heated shower. I was very satisfied! The hotel logo is also very cute!

This was my first time staying in a shared room. The fresh, artistic style was especially appealing. I loved the cabin-style design of the beds; it was very user-friendly and the facilities were very modern. It's a perfect choice for solo travelers! The downside was the lack of a desk, making the space cramped. The owner was very helpful, and there was a billiard table and washing machine downstairs. I enjoyed my two-day prayer trip to Jiuhua Mountain, which was a comfortable experience, offering blessings and learning about Buddhism. I'd definitely come back.

Perfect for solo travelers, the location is great, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, some of which are so delicious you'll have to wait for a table. The owner is friendly and provides one-on-one route planning, and even online help if you get lost in the mountains. We're all independent women, sharing hiking routes. The atmosphere is great, just like what young people should be like.
