ARCADIA Hotel Qing YANG

First time visiting this area, I came for the Mount Jiuhua North-South traverse trail, which has been quite popular in the hiking community this year. This hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right at the trailhead. I was quite impressed when I arrived; I never expected such a large resort hotel in a rural town. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided a lot of information during check-in. The environment is excellent – very quiet and comfortable, especially compared to the county town. It's also the only pet-friendly hotel in this area. Overall, it's highly recommended. The room was nice, with a large balcony offering great views and fresh air. It even had a washing machine and a large refrigerator, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here for a few more days next time I visit Jiuhua Mountain.

The front desk staff, Xiao Yang and Xiao Li, were warm and friendly, providing professional and attentive service. Hotel parking was convenient, and the rooms were well-equipped, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay and a home-like experience. The room was spacious and well-arranged. There were fireworks in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. Service: The front desk service was excellent, especially staff member Xiao Zhang, whose service was top-notch. The hotel also has a gym and hot springs, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The pre-sale package I bought during Singles' Day was pretty good value. The room facilities were old but spacious, and the balcony view was nice. The hot spring was rather underwhelming; it was far from the rooms and only four pools were open, so there wasn't much to enjoy. Also, the breakfast selection was generally limited.

The entire check-in process was excellent. Parking was free and very spacious. The room layout was great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very patient. The young ladies were all very welcoming, and the surrounding transportation is quite convenient! I'll definitely come again next time! By the way, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. 😃

What a perfect weekend getaway! A five-star hotel with excellent facilities at a reasonable price. You can soak in the hot springs in the afternoon and have chicken soup in the evening. The next day, we went hiking, and they even gave us tickets to Jiuziyan (Nine Sons Rock), which we could drive up in – fantastic! The hotel receptionists, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Li, were incredibly helpful and provided many helpful tips for our visit. Excellent!

I originally planned to stay at the front of the mountain, but when I saw that this hotel had hot springs, I thought I'd relax here after a day of hiking. It was really great! The room was clean and spacious, and I had a wonderful night's sleep after soaking in the hot springs. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. After checking in, the staff even thoughtfully brought us a fruit. Overall, I was very satisfied!
