Facilities: The facilities here are all new and modern. The lobby is beautiful, and the business area is also very spacious. The breakfast is delicious! They even have their special 'wobianfen' (a local noodle dish). Service: I've been a few times, and the front desk service attitude is always excellent. On September 11, 2026, at noon, there were three front desk staff (one of whom I believe was a supervisor), and they were all incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Thumbs up!

The breakfast was plentiful and parking was convenient. However, I was quite disappointed that some of the utensils used for breakfast were chipped. The room facilities were just okay, nothing special. A major complaint: the elevators were incredibly slow.

Fantastic family-friendly stay! 💯 After visiting Chimelong, we brought our little one here. The hotel front desk staff and cleaning ladies were incredibly helpful and a real plus. Seeing that we had a baby, they even provided a crib for us. The staff were gentle and very friendly towards children. The room was clean and tidy, and we were given a high-floor room which was quiet. We felt very comfortable and at ease, and our child had a great time too. Great, I got a free room upgrade and a complimentary fruit platter. It's not far from the city center, a straight drive there and back. The room was very soundproof, and the curtains blocked out light perfectly, making it pitch black, so I slept really well.
