Chimelong Giraffe Castle

The room was great, and the kids had a wonderful time. One of our children felt sick and vomited in the middle of the night, staining the sheets, but the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room. The resort staff were also very enthusiastic, and you can truly feel that Chimelong genuinely cares for the animals, restoring their natural living environment as much as possible.

When visiting Chimelong in Qingyuan, this hotel is a solid and reliable choice. The hardware facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms consistently offer great comfort. Housekeeping is thorough and regular; both public areas and guest rooms are kept spotless. Staff members can be seen everywhere, always ready with a friendly smile and greeting. The breakfast caters to all tastes with a wide variety, so there's no need to go elsewhere for a daily meal. The "Fenyu Butler" service is well-established—most check-in issues can be resolved online, and park updates are sent out daily. The service process is professional, the staff are polite, and requests are handled promptly. There are no hidden fees, the overall value for money is consistent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Chimelong!

The hotel has a great playful theme that the kids loved, and the room details are very well-suited for children. The staff were warm and welcoming. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive, catering to all tastes. The hot spring park was a big hit with both adults and children alike.

Overall, everything was great. The environment is nice since it's a new hotel, and the room facilities are excellent. The room is very large and spacious. We booked a package deal, and the direct access path to the Forest Kingdom was very convenient. Dining options were also okay, with a la carte restaurants available. You can also order food delivery to the lobby entrance, which is quite convenient. The only hassle was parking. When we arrived around 10 AM, the underground parking was already full and we weren't allowed in—probably because many guests hadn't checked out yet. We had to follow instructions and park in another distant lot. Although there was a shuttle bus, it did negatively impact the experience a bit. Overall, it's still a good stay! Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chimelong.

When checking out, I had a lot of luggage and it was difficult to carry. The concierge, Qiu Zhicheng, proactively helped me take my luggage to the hotel drop-off area and also reminded me to check my belongings. The room was spacious and all the amenities were easy to use. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Shenshu Paradise. The zoo has a wide variety of animals, and you can learn a lot of scientific knowledge. The restaurant offers a rich selection of Chinese and Western dishes. In your free time, you can soak in the hot springs or hit the gym. I bought a two-day pass to take my time exploring, and I'm looking forward to visiting Emerald Lake at the mountain top.

The Magic Tree Paradise had a rich variety of attractions, the zoo animals were lively and interesting, the restaurants offered a wide selection of flavors, and I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot springs and a simple workout at the gym during my free time.

The Giraffe Castle Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to all the theme parks. I wanted to check the last shuttle train schedule for the park, and when I inquired via WeChat, Li Yuqing provided accurate information and even reminded me to allow enough time for my return journey. The guest rooms are spacious and have good soundproofing. The Gaogao Amusement Valley was a lot of fun, and the water park experience was great. After playing, we dined at the hotel restaurant and then relaxed in the hot springs to soothe our fatigue.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. The hotel offers plenty of activities, like the hot springs ♨️, amusement park, and game room, so the kids can burn off energy without getting sunburnt, hahahaha. My little one especially loved the breakfast buffet, and the off-road adventure was beyond imagination – a whopping 27 kilometers!

When we were about to head out to explore the park, concierge Wu Canxuan helped us with directions and clearly explained the walking shortcuts. The hotel is very close to all the attractions; the Divine Tree Paradise and Gaogao Amusement Valley offer a wide variety of rides and activities. In our free time, we could also relax in the hot springs, and the gym was well-equipped. The restaurant offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was great. We also got to observe animals up close in the park and learned many interesting facts about them.
