When I arrived the floor in the room was still wet so it was clearly cleaned, but there was still hair on the ground. There was a lot of dust and on the walls are big water spotting.

The hotel is kept very clean, there’s a washing machine who can be used for free which is very convenient when you spend a long time on the road and the staff is incredibly polite.
The Ac can’t be turned off and is a bit loud, and the bed is a bit too soft for my taste but the rest was great.

Another room with air conditioning that requires manually calling the server room to turn on the main unit. It was hotter inside than outside. I called and it was over an hour later, and it still wasn't turned on. It finally turned on 10 minutes before I checked out. Don't bother arguing; I get incredibly annoyed by these fake air conditioners. The outside temperature felt like 26 degrees Celsius under the blazing sun, and they knew the room was stuffy but wouldn't turn it on! This is the worst Vienna hotel I've ever stayed in! The hotel had an unpleasant smell as soon as I entered the elevator. When I got to the 11th floor, the hallway also smelled terrible, worse than body odor.
