Holiday Inn Express Qinhuangdao Haigang by IHG

Facilities: The facilities are new, everything in this new hotel is brand new. There's no strange smell in the room, which is spacious enough to accommodate multiple pieces of luggage. Environment: The environment is great, the lobby is very bright, and the room is quite large and comfortable with a sensible layout. Service: The front desk and restaurant staff provide excellent service. There's underground parking with 6 slow charging stations, making it EV-friendly. Children under 1.4 meters eat breakfast buffet for free.

Our stay coincided with the hotel's check-out day, and the occupancy rate was very high, almost fully booked. Facing this situation, I contacted Lily Cai Minghui at the front desk, who kindly helped coordinate a reasonable late check-out, resolving my needs. Many thanks for her thoughtful and attentive service! [Strong]

We planned a trip to Qinhuangdao, and booked two rooms under different names. Upon arrival, we found out the rooms were on separate floors. When checking in, the front desk staff, Cai Minghui (Lily), realized we were two families traveling together and immediately helped us rearrange the rooms to the same floor. Later that night, it was quite late when we requested an extra bed rail, and Cai Minghui (Lily) promptly responded and arranged it without delay. She truly considered our needs from a guest's perspective and was very efficient in handling our requests. The room environment was clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

I've chosen this hotel brand for my past few trips, and I'm always satisfied. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast offers a great variety and quality, and the service is excellent. It's also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk to Wanda Plaza, which has plenty of dining options. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay.

Traveling to Qinhuangdao with my kids and our stay here has been wonderful. The front desk staff, Wang Yangyang (Miki), was incredibly friendly and great at anticipating our children's needs. She patiently answered all our questions. The hotel is conveniently located near a snack street, making it easy to find food. She even gave us tips on the best times for clam digging. Overall, we're very satisfied. A big shout-out to Miki!

Newly renovated rooms, very clean, and a good location with plenty of amenities nearby. Overall, it's pretty good, though the elevators are a bit slow since they're shared by two hotels.

The hotel's front desk staff, Lily Cai, was incredibly warm and attentive, especially with children. We've stayed here many times, and the experience is always fantastic. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and it's conveniently located for driving, very close to the city center. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The facilities are good, but the shower pressure is generally low and the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. Hygiene: Clean. Service: Excellent and enthusiastic. They even upgraded our room type. Environment: The hotel is located on Xingang Road and offers a parking lot with parking vouchers, making it very suitable for family trips.
