Sheraton Qinhuangdao Beidaihe Hotel

On a weekend getaway, we stayed at the Sheraton Beidaihe, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to our butler, Yoyo, for her attentive service! Before check-in, she proactively helped us arrange the room, thoughtfully informed us about breakfast arrangements and various hotel activities, and promptly and properly handled any minor issues that arose. The hotel environment is serene and elegant, with delightful garden views. The room facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. Yoyo is friendly and approachable, meticulous and reliable in her work, and always responsive. Her全程thoughtful and attentive service added a lot of convenience and warmth to our trip, making for a fantastic experience!

My family and I stayed at the Sheraton during our trip to Beidaihe, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean and bright, with excellent attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both the elderly and children, and the restaurant was promptly tidied and clean. Yoyo was incredibly gentle and responsive, always quick to help solve any issues we had. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and its location made getting around easy. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Any questions we had were answered promptly, and Joey proactively recommended nearby clam digging spots and sightseeing routes, which was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. Hotel parking was convenient, and the kids' club and swimming pool were all available, making it perfect for a vacation. Joey's perfectly-pitched service made our trip so much more comfortable. This is definitely our top choice for a Beidaihe getaway, and we'll choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended to everyone!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Due to my travel plans, I requested a late check-out from the front desk. Sweetie (Tian Tian) diligently helped coordinate and tried her best to accommodate my request, making communication easy and pleasant. The room had great natural light and was spotlessly clean. The staff provided attentive and genuine service, and their flexible, human-centered approach relieved the stress of my journey. It's an accommodation experience worth returning to. All the B&Bs in Beidaihe are called hotels, and the hotels all feel quite dated. After a lot of searching and selecting, I finally booked the Sheraton. It would have been even better if the breakfast buffet was more delicious and varied; the kids would have been happier. Just a small suggestion!

The hotel's kids' activities were a huge hit with the children; we participated in 6 different programs. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions like Pigeon Nest Park, Shallow Water Bay, Biluota Park, and Liuzhuang Night Market. The staff were also very patient and welcoming. Our butler contacted us in advance, and when we arrived early, they quickly helped us check in, allowing the elderly and children to rest. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and our favorite was the chicken soup wontons – my child had two bowls! The family forest suite with its two bathrooms was perfect for our family trip.

He also kindly informed us about the tidal times at the beach and gave us many practical tips for local sightseeing and seafood dining. During our stay, when we needed some children's amenities, he promptly had them delivered to our room, showing excellent responsiveness. At check-out, he assisted us with luggage storage and reminded us to keep our personal belongings safe. His attitude was friendly and professional throughout, and his attention to detail truly enhanced our trip. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit.

The quilt was extremely damp, and my body was itchy all over. I couldn't sleep a wink the whole night.

The overall hardware facilities meet Sheraton's brand standards, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. What impressed me the most was the service from Anna at the front desk. Her communication was gentle and polite, and she considered everything meticulously. During check-in, she patiently explained the hotel's breakfast times and pool hours. When she learned we were traveling by car, she thoughtfully directed us to the exclusive parking area, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor throughout. You could feel the dedication everywhere; her thoughtful and attentive service greatly enhanced our travel experience. Highly recommended.
