Junyu Grand Hotel

This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave such a strong review. While the hotel facilities are a bit older, they are well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. However, the staff service was absolutely terrible. Not only did they provide incorrect information, but their attitude was awful and they had zero patience. When I brought this up with the hotel, they just brushed me off, not even offering a basic apology. On top of that, the hotel's signage was non-existent; I was constantly lost and confused.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, and very convenient for travel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The hotel service was also excellent, with friendly staff always ready to help. The breakfast was rich and varied, meeting the needs of different tastes. Overall, this hotel is excellent in terms of location, facilities and service

The hotel is in a good location, a ten-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Yingbin Road and Yanshan Street, with convenient transportation. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food, with enough variety, and you can eat well. The room has good lighting, soft and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water. In short, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will stay here again next time.

The service attitude was average the day before yesterday, the bed was too soft, and the location was good.
