The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they were very kind to children.

The room environment is really good, and the service is very thoughtful, so I'm posting their work IDs to commend them. The facilities are great; my parents spoke very highly of the hotel's breakfast. We'll definitely be coming back often in the future. This hotel is highly recommended for family trips.

The room facilities were complete, clean, comfortable, spacious, bright, and hygienic. The service was fast, convenient, and efficient, with quick responses! The complimentary travel photography service was excellent and truly free with no hidden charges or consumption traps. My family was very satisfied with the photos; they were much better than phone pictures. The breakfast was also quite good and very popular.

The hotel's housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and attentive, leaving our room spotless. The restaurant staff, especially the tall one, were so thoughtful – always greeting us with a 'good morning' and bidding us a 'safe journey' after our meal. Their service was truly top-notch. The hotel is also super close to Dream Bay, just about a 5-minute walk. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic!

Booked the 2.7-meter super king bed with our little one, and it was incredibly spacious for our family of three, no worries about the baby falling off the bed. The room lighting was a bit dim, and the king-size room didn't have a bathtub. The location for kids is absolutely fantastic! It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Xin'ao Underwater World, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel has a huge parking lot with an Ideal Supercharging station and a Nio Power Swap station. They also offer free food heating services, shared washer-dryers, and a super mini kids' play area (perfect for toddlers).

The front desk service was excellent, and the parking was convenient for those driving. It's very close to the beach attractions, and the breakfast was plentiful. They even put extra bottles of water in the room because of the hot weather. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

The hotel is brand new and in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and ocean. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Plus, there are plenty of great options for dining, entertainment, and activities nearby.
