Holiday Inn QINHUANGDAO HAIGANG by IHG

Had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Qinhuangdao Maoye! It's super convenient, with direct access to Maoye Shopping Mall downstairs. Rosy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, making it easy to get around and find food. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Bringing our kids to Qinhuangdao and choosing this hotel was such a smart move! Rosy at the front desk was incredibly attentive, and our high-floor room was spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window that the kids absolutely loved for its sea view. The hygiene was excellent, with no strange odors, and the non-slip design in the bathroom gave us peace of mind. Direct access to Maoye Tiandi downstairs meant all our needs for kids' entertainment, snacks, and dining were covered – no need to brave the sun to find food. It's also not far from Jinmenghaiwan Beach, just a few minutes' drive to play by the sea. The breakfast had kid-friendly options like pastries, fruit, and milk. Staff members noticed us with kids and proactively helped clean up spills. Room service was thoughtful; extra pillows and cups were delivered quickly. Overall, it was quiet and peaceful, making our stay with children a perfect experience!

Our family came for a summer vacation, and Eileen at the front desk was so helpful. The hotel breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, and the service was attentive and thorough. We felt right at home and will definitely stay here again next time.

The room was clean, and I especially want to commend Wang Limin for her excellent service. She did a fantastic job cleaning, and when the shower drain started getting clogged with hair, she promptly took care of it.

The hotel's location is excellent, and we even got a free room upgrade. The sea view from the room was fantastic, and we could also see the Ferris wheel, which made for a beautiful night view. The service was great, and the cleanliness was also good. Plus, you can directly access Maoye Tiandi shopping mall from the 4th floor, making dining and shopping very convenient.

The hotel room was excellent and very clean. The staff were warm and polite. I accidentally left a piece of clothing behind when checking out, and only realized it a few days after getting home. After calling the hotel, they found my clothes and even helped mail them back to me, which was incredibly kind. The surrounding area also has very convenient transportation and amenities. Downstairs, there's a Yonghui Supermarket that has everything you could need, and their service is fantastic – they even provide chopsticks, disposable gloves, ice packs, and insulated bags, and can heat food! I absolutely loved it. There's also a shopping mall by Maoye, with all sorts of dining and entertainment options. All in all, it was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay there again next time I visit.

Traveling with my family by car, the underground parking lot was definitely the highlight of the hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the signs were clear, so even a new driver like me had no trouble parking. It only took about ten minutes to drive to Jinmengwan, and there's a supermarket downstairs for groceries. The room itself was spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to play freely. Scarlett provided fantastic service!

The room was clean and the customer service was excellent. Rosy provided fantastic service, she was polite and enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The room was very quiet and had a sea view, plus there was a dedicated parking lot. The staff member, Yao Jiabo (Bob), was also very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection was good too. It would be even better if they could add more laundry and drying facilities in the future.
