The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, just a 10-minute walk to Tiger Stone (Laohushi) and other free beaches. The room comes with an air purifier, which is necessary as the room can get musty without it. However, it gets quite noisy when running at night. Cleanliness was acceptable, though the bath and hand towels were quite worn. The bed space was good, making it quite spacious for two adults and two children.

The hotel is just a short walk from Tiger Stone Park, and it's very convenient for shopping and dining nearby. Pigeon Nest Park is also easily accessible, and transportation is convenient. It's also very quiet at night. The rooms are bright, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very warm and welcoming. The hotel even thoughtfully provides strollers and beachcombing tools for children.

The room was a good size and very clean. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, which was an incredibly thoughtful detail! It's only 700 meters from Laohushi Park, and the hotel also thoughtfully offered free beach toys – such a nice gesture! There are plenty of restaurants nearby too, making it super convenient!

Service: The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. She assisted us with our luggage and thoroughly checked the stroller for us when we rented it. Her service absolutely deserves full marks. Facilities: The room felt a bit small, especially compared to the 40-square-meter rooms we had at two previous hotels in Chengde. With our substantial luggage, our elderly companions found it quite cramped. Additionally, despite the air purifier running, both of our two rooms had a noticeable, unpleasant odor. Parking: Parking was a bit challenging. Although staff members were available to guide us to a spot, parking spaces directly outside the hotel entrance were very limited. Environment: The surrounding area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, a real escape from the hustle and bustle. Getting to the beach was also quite convenient. Overall Recommendation: If you're traveling light, not driving, and aren't particular about room size, I would personally still highly recommend this place.

I rated the facilities 4 stars, but everything else was perfect. The service, in particular, was excellent, with the front desk staff being very helpful. However, the room door didn't close properly, creating a loud clanging noise. Some of the amenities seemed a bit dated. The location offers a peaceful escape from the bustling area. While Beidaihe is known for its loud cicada calls, staying here meant we didn't have to worry about them. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but electric scooters are available for rent.

My overall impression was poor. The hotel felt old, the corridors were dimly lit, dusty, and had an unpleasant, musty smell. Outdated Room Facilities: The electric curtains in my room were broken – they wouldn't open or close, and couldn't even be pulled manually. I called the front desk for repairs and had to wait a very long time for someone to come. Eventually, they detached the curtain from its motor, allowing me to operate it manually, which I accepted as a temporary fix. The technician left after 'fixing' it. However, later, I kept hearing a noise from the curtain. When I pulled it open to check, I saw the motor was still there, constantly running! I had to call the front desk *again* to have a technician come back and completely remove the motor. Throughout this entire ordeal, the hotel front desk never followed up. It seemed they didn't even bother to take this faulty room out of service. The technician simply addressed the immediate problem without truly resolving it or removing the errant motor. All these incidents highlighted a complete lack of attention to detail. The Shower Water Was Ridiculous: If you turned up the water pressure, it was cold. If you tried to get hot water, the pressure was just a weak trickle. Absolutely frustrating! Front Desk Attitude: One particular front desk staff member, from check-in to subsequent interactions, never offered a single smile and spoke in a very curt and unfriendly manner. #DefinitelyNotRecommended#

The room was lovely and very spacious. The service was exceptional; the staff even carried my luggage all the way into the elevator. I particularly enjoyed the in-room sound system, and the room was spotlessly clean. I accidentally left my umbrella and slippers behind when checking out. When I returned to pick them up, the staff was just about to call me, and they kindly brought them down to me personally.

The room was very dated and the facilities were poor. I booked a family room for 646, and it was terrible value for money. Breakfast wasn't included. The 'air purifier' was just an old, decrepit machine, and even the Mousse brand mattress felt damp. The bathroom facilities were also dated; the toilet wasn't a smart toilet, and a power outlet was surprisingly broken. The towels felt like rags. Overall, my stay was a poor experience, and it definitely wasn't worth the price.

A wonderfully quiet spot, yet so close to everything, and just a 6-7 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by countless delicious eateries. The hotel lobby's thoughtful touches for kids, like fresh yellow peaches and complimentary sand toys, were a big hit. They seamlessly combined the twin beds to create a massive 2.7-meter bed, which was perfect for our family of three. Coming back each day to a comfortable hot shower with fantastic water pressure was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Our child already asked if we could come back next time!

Easy location and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. Great stay

Mixed feeling after staying at this hotel. The room is in the "Business" section, but there is no table and chair for work. No hangers or towel hooks near the sink . No programs in English on TV. Staff is friendly, check-in is fast. .

The service was very good and gave us a break to check out at 4: 00 and catch the train at 5: 00.

The hotel is fine, The staff are kind.It would be nice to come in the off-season
