Jiangyelushang Garden Homestay

This stay truly exceeded my expectations and deserves a rave review! The guesthouse is incredibly easy to find, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy to get around and explore. I was immediately impressed upon entering; the room was cozy and stylish, full of thoughtful details, spotless and odor-free, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensured a restful sleep – it was comparable to a five-star hotel. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing a check-in guide in advance and responding promptly to any questions. They also thoughtfully recommended local attractions and authentic cuisine, saving me a lot of trouble with planning. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, with high-quality toiletries, ample hot water, and fast internet. The overall environment was quiet and pleasant, with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that made me feel right at home, without any sense of unfamiliarity. It offered exceptional value for money and was the most satisfying accommodation of my trip. I would definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to my friends. This kind of thoughtful guesthouse truly deserves to be seen by more people!

The path leading in is quite scary at night! The courtyard is full of greenery, and there's a small swimming pool outside the rooms on the first floor—perfect for taking photos, but the ecosystem is a bit too lush! We found two spiders in the room last night! Also, the first floor is damp, and the blankets felt damp, making it uncomfortable to sleep in.

I can say that this is the worst hotel (B&B) I have stayed in during my twelve years of business travel. First of all, I went to see the location of the B&B. It was right next to the Qin River, but in a village. The surrounding roads were all muddy and the paved road was full of potholes, making it very difficult to walk. Then I called to cancel the reservation, but the female boss said that I could not cancel for free and I had to pay a penalty of 40% of the room rate. I thought about it and decided to give up and just make do with one night. Secondly, when you arrive at the B&B, as soon as you enter the gate of the courtyard, the ground is muddy and there are puddles. You need to walk very carefully and step carefully on the stone slabs, otherwise you will most likely trip. Third, as soon as you enter the room, you are hit by a damp and moldy smell. The walls seem to be painted in an artistic way, but when you take a closer look, you can see that these are just patches of water halos caused by moisture! Also, the bed was wrinkled, as if someone had slept on it, and it was doubtful whether the sheets and quilt covers had been changed. The most terrifying thing was (even I, a man, find it terrifying) that when I looked out the window into the yard, I saw a rat with a long tail running by. Damn, it was a big rat. I was not mistaken. It was indeed a big rat! When I woke up in the middle of the night, I could still hear the buzzing of mice. I was so afraid that the mice would crawl into my quilt that I didn’t sleep well the whole night! Fourth, they won’t issue an invoice. At first, they will make excuses, saying, “I’m driving right now. I’ll go back and drive.” Or, they will send you a WeChat message when they’ve finished driving in the afternoon. If the invoice is still not delivered in the evening, they will say, “Our network is down. We’ll find someone to fix it tomorrow and then issue you the invoice.” Anyway, they just delay issuing the certificates and no one reports tax evasion. In a word, this B&B is a real scam, with small scams inside big scams and nails inside the small scams. The owner is a woman who is not polite and a bit aggressive when speaking. In short, staying in this B&B is a one-time deal. Whoever stays in this B&B when visiting Qinzhou in the future will be the boss!

Facilities: Large area, balcony, bathtub, toiletries are OK, projector is great, parking space is a little limited. The room rate during the May Day holiday was not low, but it was a pity that the swimming pool was not open. Hygiene: Even though it is a homestay that we clean ourselves, there are hairs on the tatami, which is a little different from a hotel. Environment: The homestay has a great atmosphere, and the flowers and plants are beautifully maintained, but there are many mosquitoes. The balcony faces the Qin River, and below the window is where the surrounding villagers raise chickens. There will be chickens crowing in the morning, which gives a sense of disconnection😂 Service: The owner of the B&B is very friendly and responsive.

比較喜歡公共區域的環境。做的很休閑，拍照有氛圍感。房間的設施樸素一點，是民宿的風格。就是廣西的天氣會有點潮，牆體有點滲水不太好

環境還是很不錯的，院子的綠植規劃，能看出老闆還是蠻用心的

非常不錯的民宿！設計感滿滿，特別舒服！非常適合帶娃出遊！老闆跟老闆娘都特別熱情，還各種幫助我們！太感謝了！！

是舊房子改造的民宿，民宿老闆是在這開工作室。花園很漂亮。如果外面的路通了就更完美。因為衹有一條小路開進入，車大的很困難。

房間很好看，還有浴缸可以泡澡，很舒適，還有獨立的陽台，和自習小房間，周邊很安靜，很適合休息，可以考慮來訂
