酒店的地理位置不錯，去哪裡都比較方便，出門十字路口還有間老字號的飯店，非常好吃又實惠。酒店雖然設施有些存舊，但乾淨整潔衞生，服務也到位，停車也方便。

春節的時候來旅行，選擇了這一家酒店，旁邊就是商場，也有很多的小店，美食，豬腳粉，螺螄粉那些，還有好吃的燒烤，我春節期間在這邊吃的生蠔是十塊錢四個，感覺還不錯。酒店的環境還行，房間挺大的，床品也不錯。

酒店雖然老舊，但房間設施齊全也比較先進，房間很大衞生整潔，前台服務姐姐很熱情細心。酒店二樓四樓就有餐飲店，附近有小食店，很方便，性價比還是很高的。衹是周邊環境老舊，不夠整潔。

酒店位置不錯，處於欽州市區商業中心，離老街、劉永福故居、馮子材故居均不遠。酒店房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔。二樓茶餐廳平時用餐方便，早餐也還行。有地下車庫，停車方便，但如果行李多的話就會有點麻煩。
