The front desk staff, Ms. Wang, was very friendly and provided excellent service. The housekeeping auntie helped dry our clothes and even brought them to our room. These small details really show the quality of their service. Thumbs up to them!

The hotel facilities are a bit old. The view from the window would be better if it faced the bridge; the view from the back is a bit messy. The price is on the high side for what you get. The only special thing is that it's on a high floor, otherwise nothing remarkable. The 'king-size bed' is just two single beds pushed together. The room was very clean and equipped with smart controls. Food deliveries could be brought directly to the room by a robot. The hotel is located close to the Qinjiang River, offering beautiful views of both banks.

The room was very spacious, fully equipped with amenities, and soundproofing was excellent. It was also very clean. The service attitude now is superb, and breakfast was plentiful. My only complaint is that there's road construction nearby, which makes the area a bit messy. I went to Sanniang Bay, the boat ticket was 80 RMB per person, and I even saw pink dolphins! Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Excellent value for money. The room was fantastic, and I even got an upgrade. The service was superb; they gave me many bottles of water and drinks. They also took my dirty laundry, washed it, and folded it neatly, just like new clothes for sale, all for free.

I slept incredibly well at the 1916. After two months of staying in various hotels, this was by far the best experience. The room was thoughtfully designed, which is a rare find. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the air quality was good. The 18th/19th floors have new carpets, and the laundry room and gym on the 18th floor are both excellent. The fish sashimi from Heng County across the street offers incredible value for money!

The roads around the hotel were under construction and difficult to navigate, and it rained heavily that day, but it wasn't a big deal. The receptionist was very welcoming and recommended some good places to eat and have fun, although we didn't end up going. The room was spacious, with smart curtain switches and good lighting. The breakfast was decent, but the variety wasn't extensive. The noodles cooked by the receptionist were quite good, and the kids enjoyed them. Everything was going well until I saw hotel staff using a dryer to dry cleaning cloths—cloths used for cleaning guest rooms, in particular, and some were red. If I remember correctly, red cloths are for cleaning toilets. All my previous good impressions vanished, even though the receptionist explained that the cleaning process involved high-temperature sterilization and the cloths needed drying because they were too wet. At that point, any explanation was irrelevant; for a four-star hotel to do something like this was already extraordinary.
