Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a rich breakfast. Their noodles were delicious, and they even helped with laundry delivery. Such great service, I'll definitely be back!

The noodles for breakfast were delicious, really great. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Parking was super convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Qinzhou is an incredibly welcoming city, and this hotel truly reflects that with its attentive and warm service. The breakfast offers a great variety and delicious flavors, especially the minced meat rice noodles – so fragrant! They even offer a complimentary laundry pick-up and return service, which is a fantastic touch. The hotel's environment is lovely, the location is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. What I was most impressed with, though, was definitely the service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very easy to find. It's right next to World Trade Plaza, and just a bit further is the stadium, so shopping is super convenient. The decor is also very appealing! The service, from the front desk to the guest rooms, is incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend their special minced meat noodles for breakfast. Plus, the hotel offers free laundry service, which is a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be staying here again.

We felt the hotel's warmth from the very first day of our stay. The front desk brought milk for the kids, which we couldn't refuse. The front desk service was truly excellent; they greeted us with smiles and checked in every time we came back. Even though we didn't want a room at the beginning or end of the hotel, they changed us to a middle room. The environment was wonderful, the breakfast was plentiful, and the kids especially loved the local noodles and pastries. They even delivered our laundry in the evening. Staying here was so comfortable! The parking lot was spacious and free. We couldn't see the dolphins today, but we'll come back next time…

I was going to give 1 point, but I'm giving extra points for the service to the staff who brought me the blankets. You need a card to use the elevator, but they only give you one. The room phone didn't work, so I had to remove the card to go downstairs to contact customer service. There were only two bottles of water in the room; they wouldn't give me an extra one, and the staff told me to buy one myself. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was ash from the previous guest on the towels. The air conditioner made a strange noise all night, seriously affecting my sleep. The service and facilities are completely mismatched for a room rate of 700-800 yuan.

There were stains on the bed and the remote control was dusty. The front desk changed the room. The TV screen in the new room was blurry and there were unknown hairs on the bedside table. The room was not worth the price at all
