首先，入住的是特惠大床，我在這個酒店訂房**攜程得有小十次，這個星期這是第二次，從兩年剛開業假期出來放鬆總選擇這家酒店，這次入住的房間與圖片嚴重不符，圖二為證（圖三為宣傳圖片）。第二，馬桶有膠印沒有處理乾淨，以前從來沒有這種情況。第三，入户廊燈一閃一閃和蹦迪一樣，到晚上巨恐怖。第四，淋浴管漏水嚴重。第五，床上以前都是四個枕頭，但我不懂為什麼這個房間衹有兩個，後面又打電話讓前台送了一個。第六，被罩上有黑漬，非常明顯。第七，浴巾有一塊中間是潮的。 我以前對你們酒店評價極高，我跟我的朋友們都推薦你們家，因為入住比較晚，比較累，我晚上前面這些問題就沒有聯繫前台，我第二天中午退房的時候，我問前台這個房間房型為什麼這樣，前台説就是這樣的，以前都是升級的房間，我因為有事着急走我沒爭辯，我想問下你攜程**上酒店宣傳上的照片與實際不符，都沒有提到這個房間的房型的照片，這算不算虛假宣傳呢？這次真的讓我氣到爆炸。我覺得這個差評理所應當。

一開始安排了一間很悶的房間，空氣不流通，衹有一條縫這麼大的窗，看評論裏的同一個房型都是有大窗的，衹給我安排那個悶房子受不了。最後同意換了個另一個還好一點。一開始態度不太好不肯換一直説沒有房間了呢，還好後面換了不然真受不了那個味道

酒店位於欽州開發區，應該是政府開發投資公司修建的，7樓以上是辦公區，停車方便，周邊商業較少，距老街有3~4公里，房間寬大設施較好，乾淨衞生，價格實惠，性價比較高。如果不考慮逛街遊玩，值得入住。

標準的商務酒店配置，房內的華為大電視很棒，當然需要各種會員了。
距離白沙湖大約600米，可以跑步休閑。
但是在欽州這個地方，房價如果訂在150元左右感覺比較配。現在卻200多銀子，沒有早餐，感覺不值。
