Hotels near Cai Family Residence, Qionghai

Stopped in this little Hainan city and chose this hotel for the trusted brand. The staff made me feel so welcome! They were incredibly warm and even helped me use Wechat to sort things out. I totally lucked out—they had a group event so I got to try the buffet dinner! The spread for breakfast and dinner was awesome, so many choices. Heard the buffet isn't even fully open yet, really hope it is next time! My room was super cozy—the bed was so soft and it was so quiet at night. They even offered me a complimentary drink one evening! As a solo traveller, I felt really safe and cared for here. Would definitely recommend and come back!

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made my stay more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring the room was tidy each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, which were convenient and well kept.

The room is very good, resort style, with a large balcony, the environment is also very good, it is also very convenient to eat around, and the service attitude is also good.

The hotel is good, everything is clean. The view from the window is gorgeous. The area is large, there are places to walk. There is also a swimming pool on site. I recommend

The room is very good, the facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, the landscape is particularly beautiful, it is one step away from the seaside, and the surrounding dining facilities are very complete. The boss is very enthusiastic and makes you feel like a spring breeze.

Perfect for business travelers! The service was also incredibly warm and welcoming. Thumbs up!

Value for money, best hotel in qionghai for food and transport, , receptionist is very helpful and good courtesy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we deeply appreciate her kindness.

The apartment has a huge balcony with a nice view. It is a bit run down, and there is no hot water. They provide single-use paper towels. The complex has a nice pool, but it is far away from the food, and the sea is the worst in the area. There are electric bikes on the road to use.
