A young girl at the front desk swiped my room card (I had to swipe the card once at the front desk for renewal), and I couldn't open the door. But I called and she came up to deal with it immediately. Later, another girl at the front desk told me that "it might be a system bug". I thought the girl was new and not familiar with the business. Overall, it's a five-star rating. I'll stay here again next time if I have the chance.
