If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and good value-for-money guesthouse, this one is genuinely great. The fridge is a family-sized one, so freezing things solid isn't an issue. As for the views, rooms on both sides offer a sea view, and there's a large patch of coconut trees nearby. The landlady is also very friendly and happy to help with anything. Before checking in, make sure to contact the landlady in advance, as you'll likely struggle to find the place on your own.

Pleasant Bo'ao! Such a comfortable stay! Special shout-out: The hostess and host were incredibly warm and welcoming, just like coming home! The most important thing during a trip isn't just the scenery; it's also crucial to recharge and get good rest. I'm so grateful to the hosts not only for providing a clean and comfortable B&B but also for giving me a sense of stability and peace at this stop. Driving all the way from Tayang Town's Old Man's Tea, to Milk Lake, Red Stone Beach, Any Door, and Tanmen Pier, we arrived at the final destination of our road trip: 'The Story of the Sea' and Bo'ao Bookstore. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the super beautiful community next door was where my booked B&B was located. Stepping out of the community, the front entrance leads to a street full of snacks, right in the heart of Bo'ao. All the shops I had saved were within walking distance. I highly recommend watching the sunrise and then heading to the morning market for Old Man's Tea – the people of Bo'ao are so lucky! My coconut chicken, zaopocu, and qingbuliang (cooling dessert) were all within a 5-minute walk from the B&B. As a seasoned foodie, I felt this B&B was an absolute steal! The back gate of the community leads directly to the sea. 'The Story of the Sea' is beautifully designed inside, perfect for photoshoots. Walking from the old houses to the Mazu Temple, you reach the Wanquan River estuary. I recorded 800 ** along this path, and there were even fireworks at night. I highly recommend you come experience it for yourself! When I got tired, I'd just head back to the B&B to rest. Ordering takeout was also super convenient. The community is built within a coconut grove, has a swimming pool, and a fish spa pond nearby where tiny fish nibble at your feet – truly comfortable from head to toe~ This B&B boasts an excellent location, is clean and comfortable, has an elegant environment, and fantastic service! 5 points is the maximum on Ctrip, but it's definitely not the maximum rating I'd give this B&B~

This guesthouse is amazing! The owner is super welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite. The sea view from the room's window was crystal clear, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The decor was very pleasing to the eye, and the location was convenient for transportation!

The hotel environment is really nice, it's located inside the Boao Yudaiguan Hotel. There are many restaurants just outside the front entrance, and the 'Story of the Sea' tourist attraction is right out the back. We booked an ocean-view sunrise twin room, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of a vast coconut grove and the sea. The room was clean and tidy. The owner, who is from Northeast China, was very friendly and even offered to pay for our parking. It was a great experience, definitely recommend it!

The location is great, very close to the sea, just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is also very clean, and the owners are very nice; they clean daily. Highly recommended!

It was great, especially the location, which was excellent, right near the Boao Sea Story Hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. We booked a sea-view room, which offered ocean views from the balcony. The hosts were very welcoming and provided excellent service.
