Park Plaza Hainan Qionghai

My experience at Qionghai Park Lane exceeded my expectations. The decor has a stylish, retro-chic vibe, and the room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedding. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, offering a wide variety of dishes like Qingbuliang (a local dessert soup), hot and cold dishes, and oatmeal. The service was also friendly and attentive. It's close to the high-speed train station, making travel convenient, and offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Qionghai!

Decided to extend my stay because I liked it so much. A big thank you to the front desk lady who helped my child print their homework. Also, thank you for promptly communicating with management and switching me to a room with a different orientation due to the construction noise, which ensured I could sleep peacefully. My only hope is that the restaurant breakfast staff could be a bit more flexible. I told them I didn't want noodles or vermicelli, just some cooked vegetables and 6 shrimp. They absolutely refused, saying it was against their rules – shrimp could only be added when making noodles or vermicelli, and only 2 shrimp per bowl. In the end, they forced me to take three bowls of noodles, with two shrimp in each, and all those noodles went to waste. In the age of AI, what machines can't replace is human flexibility and a touch of humanity. I hope there's room for improvement!

The hotel is new and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They even upgraded my room for a midnight check-in, which was a really thoughtful touch. The complimentary coconut was nice, and breakfast was also excellent. Definitely recommend!

My stay here was absolutely perfect, truly the pinnacle of five-star service in Qionghai! The room design was super stylish, minimalistic yet sophisticated, with great attention to detail. They even provided bathrobes that felt incredibly soft and luxurious, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. There was a slight hiccup during check-in – I couldn't find my booking initially. It turned out I had accidentally booked the wrong date. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally patient and helpful. They handled everything smoothly and even proactively offered complimentary coconuts as a welcome gift. It was refreshing and such a thoughtful gesture, instantly making a great impression. The breakfast the next day also exceeded expectations. The variety was extensive, and the quality was excellent, definitely not an afterthought. Even though it was busy during peak hours, the dining area was well-organized, and the service was efficient and orderly. My impression of the place just went through the roof. I particularly want to praise the coffee machine! The coffee was rich and creamy, with thick, delicate foam. It was so good I ended up having three cups – so satisfying! My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant staff to circulate more frequently to clear empty plates and clutter from guests' tables. Sometimes, plates piled up, making it a bit awkward to place things. If they could optimize this aspect, the experience would truly be flawless. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place!

As a local, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed! It's newly renovated, and the rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!

The Radisson Blu Boao is definitely the top hotel in Qionghai. The public areas of the hotel are decorated grandly and brightly, and the unique fragrance is delightful! A big thank you to the front desk lady for upgrading my room type; the room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep! Upon entering the room, I was surprised to find complimentary welcome fruits from the hotel – two coconuts! Truly generous! Breakfast the next day was a pleasant surprise, especially since I was traveling with my child. Besides a high chair, the hotel also provided baby tableware and baby meal options. It was a very enjoyable stay, and the next time I visit Qionghai, this will be my only choice!

This hotel is part of the Shanghai Jinjiang Group, so perhaps there's a natural sense of familiarity that made me feel particularly good about it. Upon entering, there was welcome tea, which the staff proactively offered while I was checking in. The room even has a separate small study, which was incredibly convenient for someone like me who needs to handle some work while traveling.
