Despite having a confirmed reservation and a room, I was denied entry by a staff member named Mostafa. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Furthermore, when I escalated the issue to the manager, I was disappointed to find that their primary concern seemed to be extracting more money from me rather than addressing the problem and providing a satisfactory resolution. This lack of customer service and empathy only added to my negative experience. I believe that it is essential for a hotel to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their staff members are trained to provide courteous and professional service at all times. Unfortunately, my encounter with Mostafa and the manager fell far short of these expectations. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised. As a loyal customer, I had expected a much better experience at your hotel. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
