Romantic Moment Rum

The dinner was tasteless, and no drinks were provided. You had to pay for drinks. Breakfast wasn't very good. The internet didn't work. The reception staff weren't friendly. They seemed to be looking for money.

The hotel is good, the service is good, and the jeep tour is okay, but the campground is outside the Wadi Rum area.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. The location is fantastic, and guests are picked up from a nearby base and driven to the campsite. They offer excellent entertainment programs, such as camel treks, jeep tours, or even an overnight stay in the desert. Those wanting this experience should expect to pay €250-350 per person for two enjoyable nights.

After two nights of sleep, the room was almost the same as the one on the website. Because the accommodation is in Wadi Rum (but outside the reserve), there is basically no mobile phone signal and internet. Only the public lobby has wifi within the accommodation. Before arrival, you need to make an appointment with the owner. The car is parked outside and you can transfer to the jeep to enter the camp. We made an appointment with the owner in advance to pick us up. (We checked out at 6:00 am, and the owner helped to arrange it without saying anything.) We participated in the 6-hour jeep tour arranged by the hotel, 120JOD in total (for four people), and lunch was also included. Although the guy's English was not very good, he still felt that he was very attentive to us. We had dinner in the camp for two days, 12JOD per person. All the partners were very satisfied with the underground barbecue (lamb and chicken) on the second day. Because of the price, it is not very high-end, but it is acceptable, and I also have good memories in Wadi Rum.

This camp offers a great desert experience. The campground is just as cool as it looks in the promotional pictures. The only regret is that I didn't see the stars at night because of the weather (it was cloudy).

In general, I recommend this place. This hotel is designed for travelers with a rented car. Before checking in, contact the staff. They will give you a phone number. I contacted them via WhatsApp. We were told where to come and leave our car, it was a gas station, and then they took us away in their Toyota Hilux. When checking in, we were offered a package of services: a 4-hour jeep tour of the Wadi Rum desert, unlimited dinner but drinks are paid, and a night excursion to the desert with lying on the sand, tea and hookah. Everything costs 200 JD for two. We did not bargain, everything suited us. There is also an excellent breakfast with drinks included in the price of accommodation. We were given room M5, this is a bungalow on the 1st line. The view from the window is gorgeous. There is a good bathroom, towels and toiletries. Two single beds, a balcony. Air conditioning. No TV. A table and two chairs. WIFI is only in the restaurant area.
