The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly, and lunch and dinner were delicious. However, the front desk staff need more training. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the air conditioning was a bit warm, and there were frequent power outages around lunchtime and early afternoon.

As a 5-star resort, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the facilities are modern. Since it's on an island, there are a bit fewer staff, so sometimes you have to wait a little, especially on busy weekends. Other than that, everything is fine. There are also some free activities.
